Smoking was only banned in Chinese schools last year, which as a result can now no longer sell tobacco in their canteens or accept sponsorship from tobacco companies! The American Lung Association is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization. However, progress has completely stalled over the past eight years with zero states approving comprehensive smokefree workplace laws.
